Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Telephone support of Doyon & Nu-Vu products
· Interaction with ALL key internal departments
· Field service travel on an occasional basis
· Product support for Manufacturing, Engineering and Sales
· The above job description is general and Management may assign other
duties.

Qualifications Required:
· Applied basic mechanical ability
· Basic knowledge of electrical components and their function
· Organizational and problem solving skills.
· Flexibility to work in various work areas on a regular basis
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
· Able to work and interact professionally and effectively with customers,
technicians, and co-workers
· Commitment to maintenance of a clean, organized and safe work
environment
· General computer experience preferred
· Must be able to type 25-35 words per minute
