2026 Wave Young Professional-of-the-Year Award

Persons eligible for nomination for the Wave Young Professional-of-the-Year award must meet the following criteria.

• Active and participating member in good standing of Wave
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork skills
• Demonstrates dedication to the Marinette-Menominee community
• Upholds the mission, vision, and values of Wave

Any active and participating member of the Wave may be nominated by completing the Nominator and Nominee sections on this form and uploading at least one professional reference for the nominee. Professional references should include the referring person's name, employer, contact information, nominee's name, and describe in 250 words or less the professional relationship with the nominee and their contributions to the Marinette-Menominee area.
